  • Installation and maintenance of new and existing software to conform with a Standard Operating environment (SOE) via System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Group Policy (GP)
  • Carrying out the purchasing, deployment and management of IT assets including desktops, laptops, communication devices (including telephony) and peripherals connected to the network.
  • Creation of technical documentation to assist current and future staff with any software or hardware we use on a regular basis
  • Providing support to users with virtual desktops and applications with Citrix, VMWare's VSphere and View Administrator
  • Installation and support of various Cisco telephony and telepresence devices via Cisco Unified Call Manager.
  • Aiding our Windows system team with deployment of Windows Updates via System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
  • Collaborating with our internal Voice team to track potential issues with agent skillsets, call routing and login problems with Genesys Configuration Manager
  • Liaising with our security team to ensure appropriate group policies are set in accordance with defined policies and guidelines as well as antivirus software being regularly checked and up to date across all workstations and servers on the network.
  • Providing our internal networks team assistance with basic Cisco switch configuration and network troubleshooting
  • Assisting alternate teams as remote hands in Data centers with server racking and cable patching
  • Report generation with Microsoft Management Console (MMC), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
